Hunter Mason are working on the behalf of a reputable client based in the Eltham are of London. The company itself are a multi-disciplinary construction company that offer a range of services for their array of clientele.
You’ll work on a wide range of projects including housing, education, care, health, regeneration, and commercial sectors.
Salary is negotiable for the right candidate.

To be a successful candidate in this role you will….
* Be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit/BIM
* Have additional skills such as AutoCAD, 3D modelling and rendering, proficiency in Sketch Up, Photoshop, In Design and Illustrator are an advantage
* Have a great knowledge of UK Building Regulations, Approved Documents, Current Planning Policy and Legislation
* Hold a valid driving licence for use in the UK

The practice has around 20 staff and is located near a mainline station only 45 minutes from London. Ample car parking space is also available.
