This is a site-based role requiring regular presence (4-5 days per week) to support project delivery teams. You will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and monitoring project programmes, working closely with delivery teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and in line with contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed project programmes using Primavera P6 Monitor progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies Work closely with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams Support tendering and pre-construction planning activities Provide regular programme updates and reporting Ensure compliance with NEC4 contract requirements Contribute to planning best practices across the project lifecycle Key Requirements Proven experience in project planning within civil engineering or infrastructure Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 Previous experience in a site-based planning role (preferred) Experience supporting tenders and pre-construction activities Familiarity with NEC4 contract types Background in civils project planning Degree qualified (or equivalent experience) Full UK driving licence (desirable) Willingness to work on-site 4-5 days per week across West Midlands projects
