About the role The purpose of this role is to be responsible for ensuring the organisation complies with the Building Safety Act 2022 and associated regulations for all higher risk buildings (HRBs). The postholder will support the effective monitoring and reporting of spend, progress and risks across the delivery of the capital programme, escalating issues as required to the executive management team.
