A trade background is a must as the role will require the individual to undertake a number of different tasks including basic joinery and decoration etc. Any M&E work would require organising and management experience would be an advantage as you may have a couple of junior snaggers reporting in.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Multiskilled Operative to join Brookvex IMS on a permanent basis. This position is a direct result of our recent expansion across all sectors of our business and the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the companies continued growth.
If you are a skilled tradesman who takes a real pride in your work we would like to hear from you. Reporting directly to the head of Building Services your role will be to complete various projects to a high calibre in line with regulatory standards. Experience in painting & decorating, building, plumbing, carpentry, civils, tiling & plastering would also be advantageous.
You will have a relevant trade qualification or a minimum 2 years' experience in 1 or more of the trades listed above.
Must have the ability to communicate with client's and colleagues, and other contractors as and when required.
Full, clean driving license and own tools required.
Working hours are Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30, however on occasions this may vary as we have many projects that require out of hours working to fit the needs of the business and you must be able to carry out these works.
