Key Responsibilities Carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance across social housing properties. Complete a variety of multi-trade tasks, including associated repair works. Requirements Previous experience working within the social housing sector . Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative carrying out a range of maintenance and repair works. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to manage workload independently and work to deadlines. Full UK Manual Driving Licence (maximum 6 points). Essential Qualifications Recognised trade qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent). Asbestos Awareness certification (can be completed prior to the start date). Basic DBS Check .
