Job Title: Multi-Trade Builder / Skilled Tradesperson Location: London Salary: Up to 240 per day depending on experience Job Type: Permanent, Full Time - There will be a requirement to travel throughout London (van provided) Working Hours: 8am - 4:30pm The Company: We are an award-winning, friendly team specialising in property maintenance and residential renovation. We deliver high-quality solutions and repairs across a wide range of properties, from modern builds to period homes. Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, we are expanding our team and require several skilled multi-trades. Positions are available immediately. Kitchen / Bathroom fitter - Battersea Are you based in or near to Battersea? Keplar Group are pleased to represent a growing Construction company with an excellent opportunity for Kitchen/ Bathroom Installers to join their team. With previous experience in the plumbing and tiling you will have your own tools to complete the install. Ideally you will also have experience in carpentry, vinyl floor laying and wall boards - tiling and Altro floor laying experience would be advantageous but is not essential. Customer service driven you will be able to communicate well with customers at all levels and complete the installs to a high standard in line with the client’s specifications. The type of person we are looking for: • Exceeds customer service • Has a “Can Do” attitude • Company focus • Honesty & Integrity • Treats everyone with respect Roles and responsibilities will include: • Domestic plumbing installations & repairs • 1st & 2nd fix on small to large projects (especially kitchens and bathrooms) • You must be able to work alone & in a team Requirements: • Strong experience in all types of plumbing systems • Provide a high level of professional workmanship • Excellent customer service & communication skills • Hard working & happy to work overtime • Minimum 6 years experience • Must have own tools Salary: £160 per day Working on a self-employed basis you must have a UTR number (Unique Tax Reference) as my client works in line with the CIS scheme.
