Enjoy a permanent Multi-Trade Operative role working across kitchen, bathroom and void refurbishment projects in Oxford and the surrounding area. This is a varied opportunity for an experienced tradesperson with strong carpentry, plumbing, tiling and decorating skills, with consistent work available for successful operatives. The role offers Monday to Friday working hours of 7:30am to 4:30pm, with the potential for long-term subcontracting opportunities. There is also potential to transfer to a direct arrangement after completing 14 weeks through the agency. This is a key operational leadership role with responsibility for facilities management, statutory compliance, maintenance, contractor performance and the day-to-day running of the Council's buildings.
