Permanent Full Time 40 Hours We are looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Engineer to join our repairs and maintenance team to work across properties within Cambridge and surrounding areas. About the Role Working to deliver the best quality service, carrying out repairs to void properties, you ll undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work, within a social housing setting. You ll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience. About You Candidates will hold a minimum of Level 2 NVQ in two trades and a Level 2 Building Maintenance Operative or equivalent with experience in Flooring. You will hold a blue CSCS Skilled Workers card or higher and have excellent working knowledge of health and safety. Customer focused with experience of working in both void and occupied properties, you ll have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time. You must hold a valid full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
