You will be paid your travel time following 30 minutes each way or if hours are deemed "unsociable" in the mornings (ie: leaving home at 6am) then you will be paid x1.5 rate for your time after 30 minutes. If daily hours exceed 9.5 hours out of the house including travelling time, then you will also be paid x1.5 rate for this time. Hours are flexible, meaning expectations are 9.5 hours out of the house from whenever you leave home, ie: leave home at 6am, back by 3:30. Leve home at 7am, home by 4:30pm.
