Validate contractor payment applications (ideal but not essential)
Apply strong mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge to diagnose and solve technical issues
Manage competing priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines
Interpret regulations, design documentation and compliance requirements accurately
Apply Health and Safety, Building Regulations and statutory standards in daily work
Work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Travel throughout West Yorkshire as required

Youll ideally have: Strong mechanical building services experience. Experience working within a complex, critical or 24/7 environment. Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills. A broad understanding of mechanical building services. Previous Authorised Person (AP) experience. Experience with safe systems of work and permit procedures.
