Key Responsibilities: Estimating & Costing: Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical systems, including material, labor, and equipment. Review project specifications, drawings, and documents to prepare accurate pricing. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing. Ensure estimates align with project scope and client requirements. Create detailed bills of quantities (BOQ) based on project needs. Tender Preparation: Complete tender documentation for submission to clients. Attend pre-tender and post-tender meetings with clients, project managers, and contractors as required.
