Key responsibilities: Management of M&E package cost control across live projects Preparation and submission of valuations and applications for payment Management of subcontractor accounts and payments Valuation and negotiation of variations and change orders Production of cost reports and CVRs Monitoring project budgets and forecasting final accounts Working closely with project managers and site teams Supporting procurement of specialist M&E subcontractors Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements (JCT/NEC as applicable) Assisting in final account negotiations and settlements Why Join Them This role offers long-term stability within a well-structured commercial team delivering secure project pipelines across London.
