Working along the M4 corridor and South of England predominantly, they carry out a diverse range of projects up to £30 million typically. Due to ongoing growth they have approached us with the requirement to recruit an experienced Project Manager to deliver a £10 million design and build care home scheme. The project is based in the Reading area. As such, candidates may be based permanently on the scheme, or if residing within Wales or the South West, will spend the majority of their time in the office (Newport), visiting site once per week. As Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the timely and effective delivery of the scheme. This will include: • Assuming overall control for Project delivery, Program, Cost, Quality & H&S overseeing multi-disciplined site team and procurement of all construction services and activities. • Managing operational staff contingent.
