The Construction Site Administrators will support the respective project teams by delivering site office coordination and administrative duties at project level, to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the site office. Construction Site Administrator
We have several exciting new opportunities at PCE for a number of Construction Site Administrators to join our project team based at our Full Sutton project in York.
The Construction Site Administrators will support the respective project teams by delivering site office coordination and administrative duties at project level, to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the site office. They will ensure that documentation is current and up to date and compliant with PCE’s Asite filing structure manual under the direction of Project Manager / Strategic Development Manager. This role is key to the smooth and efficient running of our project sites.

Position summary
Key responsibilities for this role include but not are not limited to:

To assist Administrators in handling enquiries from lessees relating to repairs, general service charge queries and all aspects of property management.
To read, understand and apply the requirements of leases pertaining to Residential & Mixed-Use Block Management, particularly in the identification and discharge of covenants as they apply to responsibilities for maintenance and repair.
To produce specifications for cyclical maintenance (e.g., Internal redecorations) and contract/term maintenance agreements (e.g. cleaning, gardening, lifts, entry phone systems), to draw up tender documents, review tenders and appoint contractors.
