Proven experience of managing large capital project budgets specifically within Asset Management, Property Investment and Public Procurement. Highly skilled in assessing information and devising and implementing appropriate solutions. Knowledge of building components and the diagnosis of building defects. Due to continued project growth, we are seeking experienced Senior Commercial Managers to join a high-performing commercial team overseeing the successful delivery of complex energy infrastructure projects. The Opportunity Working within a client-facing environment, you will provide commercial leadership across live construction projects, ensuring robust contract administration, commercial governance, and stakeholder management throughout the construction phase.
