Role Summary Our client is seeking an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of MEP projects from pre-construction through to final account settlement. Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial management principles. Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and commercial reporting tools. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
