Key Responsibilities include: * Account Management * Provide support and advice to multi-disciplinary teams and clients during the design and pre- construction stages of a wide range of projects to ensure compliance with statutory duties under CDM 2015. * Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 for projects from start to completion * General H&S including conducting audits, risk assessments and workplace inspections * Providing professional and effective H&S advice and guidance * Onsite HSE reviews with existing and new clients * Handling sensitive and difficult situations on and offsite * Delivering a range of training courses including CITB, IOSH and Non-Accredited Ideal candidate will have: * Experience within a CDM and H&S Advisor Role * A strong working knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations and its practical applications * Demonstrate analytical and problem solving capabilities * Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH), Membership of a Professional Institution (e.g. ICE, IStructE, RIBA, CIOB) or IMaPS Membership of the Association for Project Safety * Minimum of NEBOSH Construction * Teaching qualification such as PTTLS or equivalent (Desirable but not essential) * Full Clean UK Driving Licence * Experience of operating equipment such forklift trucks and plant machinery advantageous If you feel you have the skills and experience to be part of this new and high performing team, please forward a copy of your CV If you haven't heard back from us within 1 week, please assume your application has been unsuccessful

Our expanding Wirral client is seeking a professional CDM H&S Consultant to join their innovative and friendly team. Salary basic is £28-£30k with benefits including company laptop, mobile phone, uniform and use of company pool car, free parking, great work culture and team, no weekend working, 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays. On the job training and continued development is also available from company director. Working hours Monday – Friday 8am – 4.30pm, however must be flexible to attend meetings outside of these times. You will deliver to a portfolio of SME and larger clients throughout the North West managing principal construction projects, supporting ongoing development of a great working culture and delivery of HSE requirements.
