Job Title : Domestic Gas Engineer Domestic Gas Engineer required for our client, they are a well known and specialist domestic and commercial heating contractor. They provide a full remit of gas services, including, service, repair, design, and installation of domestic and commercial heating and renewable energy. They currently require a Domestic Gas Engineer to cover Edinburgh and surrounding area. Domestic Gas Engineer Responsibilities - Service of domestic heating systems throughout private residential properties - Attending breakdowns, and repair of domestic boilers and appliances - CP12's / Landlord safety certs - Updating gas safety and work documentation - Working in accordance with gas safe regulations - Occasionally assist with boiler swaps and conversions - Occasionally cover plumbing works as required - Cover sites across Edinburgh and surrounding area Domestic Gas Engineer Requirements - ACS Domestic Gas Certification - NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent (Advantageous) - LPG or OFTEC (Advantageous) - Heat Pump Training (Advantageous) - Full UK Driving Licence - Reside within a commutable of Edinburgh Domestic Gas Engineer Remuneration - Salary 40,000 - 47,500 - Christmas Bonus - Working hours - Mon-Fri 8:00 - 17:00 - Overtime Available - Call out 1 in 5/6 - 30 Days holiday + BH - Local work - Company van and fuel card

An established regional facilities maintenance company are looking to expand their mobile division due to company growth. They are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with a plumbing background to carry out pre planned and reactive maintenance across their commercial sites in and around Southampton. This is a Monday to Friday position working 40 hours a week, you will need to participate in an on call rota which you will receive a competitive standby rate and additional overtime rates for call outs. Duties / Responsibilities To carry out pre planned and reactive maintenance tasks Maintaining air handling units, pumps and motors, filter and belt changes, water treatment, replacing sinks and basins, fixing leaks and mechanical fault finding Required to participate in an on call rota to respond to any reactive issues Working as part of the mobile team working in offices, universities, commercial council buildings in and around SouthamptonRequirements City & Guilds Level 2 / 3 in Plumbing & Heating Experience working in a commercial building services background Full UK driving licence Ability to work well in a team and independentlyBenefits Competitive salary Company van & fuel card 23 days + 8 bank holidays Flexibility within the role Overtime opportunity available Local work with excellent job securityRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
