Fencing Labourer - Wanted - Immediate Start! Deeside / Chester Based Salary: DOE Temporary Full-Time Are you a hardworking and reliable labourer looking for your next opportunity? This is a hands-on, site-based role requiring a motivated individual who can work outdoors in all weather conditions and as part of a wider team. You will be responsible for assisting with the installation, repair, and maintenance of domestic, commercial, and security fencing while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Digging post holes and preparing groundworks for fence installation. Loading, unloading, and transporting fencing materials and equipment. Mixing concrete and securing fence posts in line with company standards. Working safely, taking all necessary precautions to prevent danger and avoid injury. Liaising with Site Supervisors regarding daily works and project requirements. Maintaining clean and organised work areas at all times. Communicating effectively with team members, contractors, and customers. Maintaining excellent timekeeping as detailed in work schedules issued in advance. Proactively identifying and reporting any site hazards, material shortages, or project issues. Maintaining a professional appearance by complying fully with company standards. Demonstrating flexibility and willingness to travel to various sites when required. Supporting experienced installers and learning new skills to aid career development. Being willing to work additional hours when required to meet project deadlines. Undertaking any other ad-hoc duties as directed by the company.
