YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING : Significant previous experience working as a Project Manager on Building / Civil projects for a main contractor in the rail industry Extensive client liaison experience, including clear communication, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the project life cycle Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Experience of managing project resources effectively, including labour, materials, and equipment The ability to co-ordinate Site Management teams and Subcontractors to ensure the project is delivered on time and to budget.
