The role involves managing costs, contracts, and budgets across two to three projects, ensuring financial efficiency and profitability. A temp-to-perm arrangement can be considered for candidates interested in a longer-term position. Key Responsibilities : Manage project costs from inception to completion. Prepare, evaluate, and manage budgets and cash flows. Handle procurement and tender processes for subcontractors and suppliers. Assess and manage variations and change orders.
