We're looking for a qualified and competent commercial leader the ability to develop a highly talented and motivated commercial team whilst building excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders including business functions, customers, consultants and the wider supply chain. Working alongside the operational team, you will provide commercial support and guidance to achieve targeted profit margins and strategic growth. The Commercial Manager will have overall commercial responsibility for a cicra £5m region, working from offices in the Midlands and Wiltshire as well as flexible home working as required. My client has ambitious plans to double their national turnover and boasts 90% of all new business is repeat business. You will be responsible for commercial support of all contracts in the region, liaising with the delivery team, advising on commercial matters, agreeing payments and contractual terms, ensuring commercial processes are being followed and resolving commercial issues with clients. You will ensure accurate forecasting, month end invoice applications and invoicing, including substantiation and record keeping, month end reporting, cost control and subcontractor cost sign off. You will also support pricing on tenders and accounts with cash collection. We are recruiting on behalf of one of our newest contractor clients based in Dorset. Company; The company is a leading Drylining contractor who have recently set up a new division that primarily operates in passive "fire stopping". They are currently applying for IFC Accreditation however hold other accreditations and have a number of potential new build and refurbishment projects in the pipeline. They do operate across Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire & West Sussex and work for the larger National builders but are looking to expand theuir Fire Stopping business to the commercial sector. Role; They are seeking an experienced "Fire Stopping Manager" to help the Directors to basically run the day to day operations of the fire business, help recruit the team and help develop and grow the company and ideally develop leads.
