We're recruiting an experienced Housing First Officer to join a well-established Housing First service supporting individuals experiencing multiple exclusion homelessness. This service works with some of the borough's most complex rough sleeping cases, including CHAIN-verified rough sleepers and individuals moving on from hostels. The role requires a highly skilled practitioner with strong experience in homelessness and rough sleeping services, capable of delivering intensive, trauma-informed tenancy sustainment support. The Role Deliver intensive, person-centred support to individuals experiencing multiple exclusion homelessness. Manage a caseload of complex clients within a Housing First model. Support CHAIN-verified rough sleepers and individuals transitioning from hostels into independent accommodation. Build strong, trusting relationships with individuals impacted by trauma and long-term exclusion. Apply trauma-informed and psychologically-informed approaches in all aspects of casework.
