This role is ideal for someone with excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to liaise directly with clients and contractors. Lead all quality assurance activities related to electrical installation works. Conduct regular snagging inspections, ensuring issues are identified, recorded, and resolved promptly. Produce clear and accurate QA reports, documenting findings, progress, and compliance against project specifications. Attend and contribute to client meetings, providing updates on quality, progress, and sign-off status. Oversee and sign off completed electrical works, ensuring all installations meet industry standards, regulations, and design requirements. Work collaboratively with site management, subcontractors, and the wider project team to maintain high-quality workmanship throughout the project. Ensure adherence to all safety policies, procedures, and statutory regulations. Proven experience in electrical supervision or QA roles within residential construction.
