The role ensures safe, compliant, and cost-effective procurement solutions to support project delivery. This position plays a key role in plant procurement operations, combining technical understanding with commercial awareness and supporting wider procurement, supply chain, HSEQ, and sustainability objectives. Key responsibilities include cost estimation, subcontractor procurement, valuation of works, variation management, and ensuring projects stay within budget. They work closely with project teams to mitigate risk. Core Responsibilities Tendering & Procurement: Preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), analyzing tender documents, and selecting subcontractors for M&E packages. Cost Control & Management: Conducting monthly financial reviews, cost-value reconciliations (CVR), and monitoring project expenditure.
