The Role – General Labourer / Powder Coating
Working as a General Labourer within our production area, some of your duties will include although will not be limited to:

* Using a forklift truck for loading and unloading – training can be provided
* Wiping and jet washing industrial doors and roller shutters in the production area
* Helping to powder coat using a spray gun
* Wrapping and checking industrial doors ready for despatch
* Moving materials around site
The Package
As a General Labourer, you’ll benefit from:
* A salary in the region of £20,000 to £22,000, with the level dependent on experience
* Paid overtime available from time to time
* Permanent contract
* Full time working hours, Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm, flexibility may be needed on occasion
* Contributory pension scheme
* 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays

We have an opportunity for a Repair & Maintenance Operative / Modular Cabin Fitter to join the market leading provider of Portable cabins, Secure Storage Solutions, Modular buildings and associated products. The depot operation stores and prepares the units ready for hire or sale, refurbishing and modifying as required.
The role: The company's Repair & Maintenance Operatives / Cabin Fitters are multi-skilled and carry out a variety of tasks every day whilst refurbishing the fleet of cabins (wood, plastic and steel) for hire. Full training and the opportunity to develop your skills will be available. Once fully trained, you may be involved in;
Fitting and removal of partitions, floors, ceilings & other fittings
Cleaning units or preparing furniture for the units
Preparation, shot blasting and painting both interior and exterior paintwork
Completing basic plumbing or electrical work (PAT Testing); installing sinks, taps, worktops, water heaters, hand dryers etc.
Use of use a B1 Forklift or Power Pallet Truck or Low Loader Picker to move units and items.
Fit door locks and cut keys and perform basic uncoded welding
Lay vinyl floor coverings
Cut a window/door panel from a blank panel and repair window roller shutters
All other general maintenance, repair, assembly and fitting work as required.

This well-established organisation that provide a 24 hours service of security to organisations throughout London, working with high profile household names. The services they provide include Locksmiths, Burglar Alarms, Access control, CCTV Glazing, Fire Alarms, Grilles & Gates, Carpentry Security, Security Shutters and Automatic Gates.
The role
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be carrying out emergency and scheduled work within London and surrounding areas, ensuring commercial customers have the ability to gain access to properties and have the knowledge that their needs are managed by yourself. With this role you’ll be working Monday to Friday, and 1x Saturday every 6 weeks (which you will receive an extra days pay), you’ll be working on a shift rotation basis, to enable to company to provide cover from the hours of 07:00 until 23:00.
About you
You’ll be an established carpenter with the added skill of being a locksmith, with the knowledge of how to install locks and provide the service to gain access to properties with a variety of locks, including but limited to Unican 1001, 3 lever union lock, and Yale 88 locks. The duties to be carried out are to inspect doors and locks ensuring they are secure, provide locksmith duties to gain access to properties, installing new doors, and using your carpentry skills to ensure the frame and skirting surrounding doors are secure. The role will be working on a range of materials, including metal, glass and wooden doors.
