Key Responsibilities: As a Heating Engineer, you will perform planned and reactive maintenance within private domestic properties across Redhill and the surrounding areas You will carry out boiler installations Carry out powerflushing or cylinder changes As a Heating engineer you will conduct boiler servicing with a focus on compliance and health and safety standards. you'll perform landlord gas safety inspections You will mentor, train and support the development of apprentices and your colleagues within the department, providing you with the opportunity to share your skills, knowledge and experience. As a Heating engineer, you will be part of the on-call rota team (1in5) Candidate: As a Heating engineer you must hold the relevant qualification such as City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent, CCN-1, CPA-1, CENWAT. Additional qualifications would be advantageous: MET-1, CKR-1, HTR-1, Unvented G3 (further training provided if needed). The right candidate must me competent in central heating fault finding using a multi-meter and have experience in boiler servicing, landlord certificates, breakdowns, installations, power flushing, and cylinder changes. Proficient in diagnosing plumbing faults and conducting repairs to plumbing systems. The right candidate must be client facing and have great communication.
