This position will see the successful candidate work alongside the existing management team working on behalf of new and existing clients throughout Norfolk and North Suffolk The ideal candidate would be a mechanical contracts manager already in the new build plumbing industry or could suit an experienced residential foreman or plumber looking for the next step in their career Candidates must be highly competent in all aspects of new build plumbing installations, building regulations, NHBC requirements and MUST have previous experience working on national and regional house builder sites. As a manager, you will have the responsibility of ensuring all works are carried out to a high standard, ensuring all RAMS and site safety plans are project specific and adhered to. To have great working relationships with clients and ensure that all works are programmed and completed in a professionally controlled manner. Provide technical support to customers and team. The engineer will be required to work between new build residential sites and on their valued private housing portfolio in the region. Installation and commissioning works on new housing developments and service and breakdown are areas that the successful engineer requires to be competent in. Domestic Gas Engineer required  for our client, an established and successful Heating Contractor who fulfil service and breakdown contracts for domestic and commercial clientele across the Midlands and East Anglia. They currently require a Domestic Gas Engineer to cover the Derby/ Leicester patch working on the service and breakdown side. The Domestic Gas Engineer will cover the Derby/ Leicester area working on the local council contract providing boiler repairs, services and attending breakdowns of domestic heating systems and appliances throughout residential sites. The Domestic Gas Engineer should be able to have the ability to fault find and have strong diagnostic experience. It is expected the Domestic Gas Engineer will hold full ACS Domestic Gas Safe Tickets, additional tickets such as OFTEC or LPG would be advantageous.
