Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Disrepair Surveyor, preferably within the housing sector. Strong knowledge of building construction, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage projects from inception to completion. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with both tenants and contractors. Proficiency in relevant surveying software and tools.
