Site Manager Requirements Previous experience working as a Site Manager on wastewater treatment, water treatment, utilities, or major civil engineering infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of civil engineering construction techniques including reinforced concrete, drainage, buried services, pipework, and deep excavations. Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary site teams on complex infrastructure projects. Good understanding of temporary works, confined spaces, permits to work, and health & safety requirements within the water sector. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction programmes. Strong planning, leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Knowledge of NEC contracts and project delivery processes is advantageous. Excellent understanding of health & safety legislation and industry best practice. Black CSCS Card. SMSTS qualification is essential. Temporary Works Supervisor. First Aid at Work qualification is desirable. EUSR Water Hygiene card is desirable. You will be responsible for working in a team of operatives installing new gardens on housing sites across the Gloucestershire region. Work will include all aspects of grounds maintenance from grass cutting, hedge cutting, weeding and litter picking to fence installation (timber, concrete and metal) as well as landscaping such as laying turf and planting. A van will be provided for work purposes only. Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week. 7:30am - 16:30pm. You will Receive: 120 - 150 per day (depending on experience) - weekly paid. The opportunity for a permanent contract after 12 weeks. You will need: General knowledge of grounds maintenance, landscaping and fencing.
