Key Responsibilities Carry out detailed building surveys, defect diagnostics, and condition assessments for disrepair cases. Produce high-quality technical reports, schedules of work, and cost evaluations. Lead disrepair case management from instruction through to resolution, working closely with legal teams and contractors.
