As the Electrical Supervisor, you will coordinate and supervise the electrical team to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will oversee the progress of electrical installation works ensuring quality, compliance with regulations and adherence to H&S standards. As the Electrical Supervisor you will have the following responsibilities: Effectively manage the on-site electrical labour for each project and coordinate subcontractors, checking RAMS and highlighting any issues. Hold toolbox talks with the site team and attend site progress meetings. Inspect and assess electrical installations throughout the project and upon completion to ensure high quality standards. Diagnose and resolve complex electrical installation issues. Liaise with Project Managers to address any issues and ensure the smooth delivery of projects. Maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors, clients and internal teams. Order materials, plant and equipment to ensure works are completed efficiently and on programme. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with current electrical regulations, company procedures and health and safety requirements. Successful applicants will have the following qualifications and experience: Overall knowledge and understanding of a wide variety of electrical systems and their installation methods. Previous experience supervising electrical teams on commercial building services projects. Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills. Good problem solving and decision-making abilities. Experience planning, scheduling and delivering electrical installation projects. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
