Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Technical Manager to join our clients Technical department in Nottingham This is a key role responsible for leading the technical delivery of residential developments from acquisition and planning through to construction and completion. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Take overall technical responsibility for allocated residential developments from pre-construction through to completion.
