Personal Requirements: Educational Background : HTEC in Building & Construction and/or MICW preferred. A minimum of 5 GCSEs is required. Experience: A broad understanding of the building services and construction industry, with a commitment to quality in the finished product. Technical Knowledge : Comprehensive knowledge of best practises in construction, mechanical, and electrical engineering.
