They specialise mainly within the high-end residential sector, delivering projects from the initial design stage through to construction and aftercare. The Senior Landscape Architect / Associate Director will have over control of a design team, and regarded as the technical lead when it comes to signing off and creating detailed technical drawings. The Senior Landscape Architect / Associate Director will be working on projects from RIBA stages 1 -4, and have design control. As the role is at Director Level, the position will entail some new business whereby you will be the initial point of contact with new clients and expected to promote the services and successes of the company. The position will predominately be office based, with travel throughout London to live sites, or design visits. It is expected that the Senior Landscape Architect / Associate Director will be chartered, and have a proven background specifically within garden design.
