Carry out structural repairs and installations: ceilings, floor joists, stairs, stud walls, partitioning, flooring (T&G or sheet), doors, casings, skirting, handrails, and ducting panelling. Install and finish bathrooms: shower trays, full bathroom suites (WC, WHB, mixer showers), tiling, and patch plastering. Complete painting and decorating tasks to a high standard. Requirements for Carpenter role: NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry or Plumbing Valid CSCS Asbestos Awareness Social Housing Experience Full UK Driving License
