Carpenter/Multi traders required for work for a maintenance contractor to carry out work in the London Bourough of Hammersmith & Fulham area. This role will involve carrying out day to day reactive maintenance throughout occupied social housing properties and also working within voids properties getting these up to a liveable standard. We are looking for an experienced Carpenter to start immediately on a refurbishment site. Our client is nearing completion of the full renovation or a town house in Fulham. They are looking for an individual with a strong attention to detail to assist to completion. The Role: Second fix carpentry and finishing work on the site, with potential to continue onto further sites. Duration: 3 weeks approx. Successful candidate should have previous experience working on residential refurbishment and must be a qualified carpenter to at least NVQ 2 or equivalent.
