Key Responsibilities 1.Develop and execute acquisition, disposal, and investment strategies. 2.Conduct financial appraisals and secure value-for-money solutions. 3.Lead complex negotiations and secure favourable terms. 4.Oversee strategic planning for site development and coordinate with stakeholders. 5.Manage capital and revenue budgets effectively. 6.Provide strategic advice and represent the local authority at meetings. 7.Monitor portfolio performance and submit regular reports. 8.Ensure compliance with asset management standards, health, safety, and energy-saving policies.
