A Senior Landscape Architect is required to work as an Associate Director of an award winning garden design practice based in South London, that have been in business for over 30 years. They specialise mainly within the high-end residential sector, delivering projects from the initial design stage through to construction and aftercare. The Senior Landscape Architect / Associate Director will have over control of a design team, and regarded as the technical lead when it comes to signing off and creating detailed technical drawings. The Senior Landscape Architect / Associate Director will be working on projects from RIBA stages 1 -4, and have design control. As the role is at Director Level, the position will entail some new business whereby you will be the initial point of contact with new clients and expected to promote the services and successes of the company. The position will predominately be office based, with travel throughout London to live sites, or design visits. It is expected that the Senior Landscape Architect / Associate Director will be chartered, and have a proven background specifically within garden design. Senior Landscape Architect / Associate Director Position Requirements Degree qualified within relevant subject such as Landscape Architecture or Horticulture (Plant Science) Chartered with CMLI status Experience working on high end residential garden projects Proven design skills and experience with AutoCAD and SketchUp Led and mentored a design team Senior Landscape Architect / Associate Director Position Remuneration Basic Salary Range £50,000 - £60,000 (Depending on Experience) Annual BonusWe, Bennett and Game Recruitment, a technical recruitment agency based in Chichester are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
