THE COMPANY My client is one of the leading Consultancies in the UK with a network of offices across the country. Individual projects range across the property sector working on high profile Residential developments, Commercial, Education, Healthcare and Local Governments. Values can range from £5 million to multi million size projects. THE POSITION They are actively looking to recruit a number of Senior Quantity Surveyors to get involved in taking full responsibility of projects from inception to completion. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be given the opportunity to take full client ownership and work on projects across a range of sectors. Our client are renowned for providing elite advice to a broad range of clients, including, fund managers, housing associations, developers and major banks. Reporting into a hugely respected figure in the industry, the selected candidate will providing best in class valuations for loan security, investment, and wider strategic advice. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? In this role you will provide valuation advise on residential development, single family housing for rent and strategic land. Whilst the firm boasts nationwide coverage, this role will focus on adding value within Prime Central London and the South East. You will work on diverse asset classes including major individual, high value residential homes and apartments, large scale towers and blocks, mixed use developments, AST and standing stock. Further duties: Preparation of valuation reports for a broad range of purposes. Undertaking valuations across a broad range of asset types through the residential sector in London/South East region including development sites, investment portfolios and strategic land. Working closely leading market experts on high profile instructions. To support an expanding team in its generation of new clients by building strong relationships externally and internally. WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED? MRICS qualified Have some knowledge of Argus/Developer Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Strong attention to detail. Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients. A self-starter with effective time management. A want to work with incredible instructions. Ideally experience within the residential sector.
