They build a mixture of developments from 1-bedroom flats through to 4/5 bedroom detached units and the site you will join will be
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be able to manage programmes, read site drawings, conduct site inductions, lead sub-contractor meetings, will have a good knowledge of UK Building Regulations HBF Standards.

About the role:
Reporting to the Construction Director, you will manage 3/4 schemes from the Medway towns to the Kent Coast, and will have responsibility for productivity on each site will manage your time accordingly to ensure timely delivery of each and every scheme.
The main function of the role is to offer support and guidance to site based Project Managers and Site Managers and each site will typically have one Project Manager, one Site Manager and two Assistant Site Managers.
The perfect candidate:
2 years as a minimum with a Kent or Sussex based Volume House Builder
Experienced in managing a minimum of 3 sites at any one time
Stable permanent career history with a “volume” House Builder
Hold a valid CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid.
Good IT skills
On offer is a basic salary of between £70,000 - £80,000 per annum plus car allowance or company car, pension, healthcare, 25 days leave and above average bonus scheme.
