Key Skills:
Project Coordination: performing take-offs from drawings
Proficient in the preparation of Excel spreadsheets for build programmes, financial and procurement data, managing project schedules and associated documentation.

Identify and address issues promptly to minimise disruptions, resolve problems and keep projects on track.

Compliance: working with NHBC and other applicable regulators to register new house plots, administer the signing off for planning conditions and address any aftersales. They were established over two decades ago, having grown from a small local business into a well-established design & build contractor, renowned for their commitment to quality, innovation, and client satisfaction.
