Ideally you will be an experienced Asbestos Surveyors that hold the BOHS P402 or P403 certificate (or other alternative recognized certification). Key responsibilities of the Asbestos Consultant: Carrying out all disciplines of asbestos surveying and building inspection Compliance with all relevant legislation Develop, maintain and build client relationships Visual inspection & 4 stage clearance procedures Collection of factual and numerical data via tablet device BOHS P402 and/or BOHS P403/P404 (or equivalent).
