Mechanical Project Manager Wanted
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Mechanical Project Manager to join our growing construction company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing new build, refurbishment, and maintenance projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and manage mechanical projects, including new build, refurbishment, and maintenance work
* Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and technicians
* Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope of work
* Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment
* Manage project risks and identify potential solutions
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure that projects are delivered effectively
* Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management
* Ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
* At least 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager
* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and building codes
* Experience managing new build, refurbishment, and maintenance projects
* Excellent project management skills and experience leading project teams
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
* Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
