The Quantity Surveyor would be responsible for a portfolio of work which could sometimes be up to 10 different projects with each project ranging between the values of £30k to £1.5 Million. The type of contract used is bespoke but with bigger clients, the JCT contract type is used. Clients consist of Developers, Private Clients and Main Contractors.
The successful Quantity Surveyor would join a small team where you would work directly with another QS and the CM who is slowly building a team of people he can trust. This means you would need to be self sufficient in carrying out contracts with minimal to no help. This is a place that could really see the right Quantity Surveyor spread his wings and propel you into the sky’s when it comes to your self-development.
A strong AQS ready to make the jump would be considered for this position.
Requirements:
* Civils contract experience
* 4 – 5 Years Experience
* Experience using the JCT contract would be useful
* Previously managed up to 10 small projects
* Adaptable and can think on feet
* Self Sufficient
