Job Description
The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent, full-time Customer Service Operative with multi-trade skills. Working closely with a Customer Service Team, you will provide excellent customer service and resolutions to issues, completing repairs and defects that are common in new-build homes to the highest standard.
You will be responsible for rectifying defects reported by purchasers, which can include:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Tiling
- Decorating
- Making good
- Mastic application
- General maintenance
Requirements:
- Proven experience working for a residential house builder or in a multi-trade skilled role
