This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a stable, long-term role with no day-to-day travel and consistent work within one location. The Role You will be carrying out a mixture of planned and reactive maintenance within occupied social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations. Key Responsibilities General plumbing repairs and maintenance Reactive maintenance works Planned maintenance tasks Fault finding and repairs Basic multi-trade duties including: Carpentry Tiling Patch plastering Painting & decorating Working within occupied properties and communal areas Providing excellent customer service to tenants and residents Requirements NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent preferred Previous experience within social housing or property maintenance Strong reactive maintenance background Ability to carry out basic multi-trade works Good communication and customer service skills Own tools required What s On Offer Permanent position One fixed site no daily travel between jobs Stable workload Overtime opportunities Supportive working environment Please note: No van is provided with this role due to the static site location.
