Driver Laborer

Location: Wembley / Brent Area
Pay Rate: 16.28 per hour Umbrella

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Driver / Labourer to join our team in the Wembley/Brent area. This role involves cleaning and washing mould from walls within social housing properties, as well as carrying out general handyman and ad-hoc maintenance tasks.

• Clean and wash mould from walls and surfaces in residential properties.
• Carry out general labour and handyman duties as required.
• Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a professional and respectful approach when working in tenants' homes.

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
• DBS Check
• Previous experience in property maintenance or similar role preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
