Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technician include:

• Provide technical design services and project management to the residential sector
• Carry out site visits and ensure compliance is achieved
• Produce building regulations and planning applications
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and other authorities

Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technician include:

• Relevant degree within Architecture
• Significant post qualification experience within a relevant role within a UK practice
• Proficient with AutoCAD
• Background in working on bespoke residential projects
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong technical and drawing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK Drivers License
