Assistant Project Manager - Acton - Building and Construction

Our client specialises in high end residential projects and are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join the team.

You would be working alongside their Contracts Manager in the office to help with an increase in workload. They usually have 6-8 projects on the go that are a mixture of residential refurbishment and new build projects, from 1mil - 5mil in value. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced individual, learn the ropes of Project Management and progress within the business!

The ideal Assistant Project Manager will have/be:

• An Architecture or Surveying background
• The ability to read plans
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Project and Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Salary: 32,000 - 35,000
